Let's just start with the first day we moved in...our apartment had not been cleaned or painted. The previous renters still had belongings there. When we complained to the office, they said they would send a cleaning lady up. Never happened!

We repeatedly had problems with not having hot water. There was mold in the storage unit from the water heater upstairs leaking and we were told to move our stuff onto our deck so it could be painted. We did. However it took so long for the guy to come paint it that we received a lease violation for having our stuff on the deck. How does that make sense'' All they had to do was look in our file to know what was happening!!

And of course, like everyone else says, the parking is terrible!
