The place is an okay place to live compared to the rent and space. My fiance and I live in a one bedroom with a study and it is rather large for the rent. There is a ton of storage space. Now for the bad. They promise to fix within 24 hours - but that is NOT TRUE!! I lived on the bottom floor which had water leakage problems constantly. The toilet would overflow when two or more people would wash their clothes at the same time. Which is common b/c when you call for your maintaince requests afterhours it is considered an emergency, yet once someone said they would come and they didn't. I was told the second time it was a plumber's issue and no one came. Finally the 3rd time I told them either they fix the problem or give me a different apt. So over Thanksgiving weekend my fiance and I had to move all our stuff by ourselves, they didn't offer anyone to help. You can hear everyone's every move above and next to you. My next door neighbor has a very annoying dog which barks and barks. Parking is horrible. Don't get home past 7pm b/c you won't find parking!!
