Well, after pricing and touring all the properties in the area, and checking out the resident base, we decided Preston Hills was a decent choice, comparatively speaking. They are under new management now, Ledic, as opposed to Mid-America. And so far we have had little problem except for a little leakage in our terrace level unit, and an air conditioner that seriously needs to chill...or unchill actually. Also, the gates don't work, and when they do work, it seems like they only do so for a couple of days. I was accustomed to not having to carry my access card, and returned one night to find myself locked out. That was awesome.

I can't really think of anything that management has done to improve our living here, other than sending maintenance out rather promptly when we have an issue.
