I lived there for two years and moved from a 1br to a 2br deluxe without ever being late on rent once. We decided to move after a neighbor and my roommates cars were broken into only a week apart. We called to warn the complex only to have them quickly state that they are not responsible for thief. Even though they say it is a gated community the gate never works and is always open (truthfully-we thought it was some of the guys in the neighborhood that are always hanging around). Once I gave my notice to vacate it was as if I had stabbed them in the back. One of the rude girls, as she is widely known around the complex as, was very short and not at all helpful when I called to find my final amount due. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes and then told that she, the rude girl, went to lunch and I would have to call back only to find out she was ??gone for the day??. I was never told the final amount owed until I drove 45 minutes back to the complex and handled it in person. Read the fine print because hardly anyone in the office is on the ball. I recommend to all those living there to get things in writing when someone tells you something. I heard three different stories for checkout procedure and found out none were correct when they called me after I moved and said I owed more money??2 months later! To tell you the truth I ignore most of the rants from posts on sites like this. But hold my words to be the honest truth and stay away from this place. All the good employees left along time ago and the neighborhood has taken a dive for the worst.
