It seemed a good idea at the time. They have a bait and switch type of management. In the course of a year and a half, the management changed multiple times. Each time they changed, new rules were added or modified and the common response seemed to be "that was then and this is now." More often than not we were treated like a hindrance instead of a resident. We had major water damage from a broken water heater two apartments above us leading to a large(4' or greater) hole in our ceiling and damage to our personal property. It took 3 weeks for the hole to be fixed and when it was it was taped!! We knew the water heater had broken because water was coming out of our walls. This lead to a permanent moldy smell soon after causing us to leave. We were never compensated for our damaged personal property. Make sure if you do move in you take video or lots of pictures of the apartment before bringing in your personal belongings. We were given the lecture by the management company that the carpet was on its last legs from the previous tenant and they were going to change it out after we move out so "don't worry about the stains and few minor tears. After we moved out they charged us for the new carpet stating that we had damaged it and the previous management company noted it was in pristine condition prior to our moving in. I must admit...they are very good at what they do! Taking your money! Don't be fooled...you have been warned! Also...Keep any transaction statement proving you have paid any monies to this company becaust they will sand you to collections without warning becuse they lost their records while changing managment company for the zillionth time. They will pressure you to sign the contract without reading it first stating that it is basic information. Caution!! Read everything regardless!!
