New Management is Terrible!

The previous review could have been written by me since I have a similar horror story.
I've lived in Preston Hills since early 2004 and the new management company is every
bit as bad as others have noted. To put a cherry on the cake, they have brought back
ISTA as the utilities company that was booted out 2 years ago because they were so inept
back then. Between the two of them I am being screwed out of close to $100 of water/util
payments that the new mgmt has lost track of but still expects to be paid twice for the same bill.
Oh by the way, Parking is NOT adequate and the new management has dropped the plan
