I suggest if you are considering Preston Hills, you change your mind. I have read other reviews on how incapable the management staff is here but I found out the hard way. They lost our notice that we gave them prior to the 60 day period and now say they never got it. Not only are they charging us an additional two months, they are charging us an increased rent rate plus a $150 fee for allowing the lease to expire. The lease has NOT even expired yet. The property manager is arrogant and totally defensive. She said "We never make mistakes."
We can't get a regional manager or any other management to respond. They are owned by Harbor Group Management in Virginia. STAY AWAY!!

the folks and the office are horrible just tracy is the most viable !!!!the gate is always open and the maintenance----------- just drives around the property and do nothing!!!oh just putting stickers on your car if you have a flat tire !!!
