here is a good price for the rent , maintenance not ok the only people that I see work is the groundskeper and the other ----------------- the supervisor or property engineer!how they call him is just a mess he just drives around the property putting stickers on your car if you have a flat tire or you tag is expired he is rude and fake!!! and oh do not forget moises he came to my apt and do nothing to fix my problem he told me: I be back and never came!!!he is a lazy boy!!! you are close to the mall and the apt have a great layout the people in the office is kind of friendly ----- is my fave --------------- the others not so smart, think before moving because here you have to wait a least a 2 days to get your workorder done!!!!
