I am a new resident and I am surprised at some of the comments I have read. The staff here is very curtious. The complex is nice. The apartments layouts are spacious with great views. The pool area is really clean with signs posted on what is exceptable. The laundry room is immaculate and has a convenient excercise room with a tanning bed. If the complex had some problems in the past I am not concerned - The police department in Gwinnett is doing an excellent job to keep it safe.
