Since May of this year we have been fighting with management to get the 200 referral for referring a friend to the apartment. Every month we have received a differant excuse. It is the middle of October and we are still fighting with them. It is misleading and false advertisement.

You will be lucky if you get it. We are still waiting for our deposit back. We had to wait 5 months to get our referal check, but see what happens if you are 1 day late with rent. The management at Preston Hills are very mean spirited people. I wish you luck!

that really pisses me off, being that I come from a customer service back ground they are the crappiest group of un-orginized mangement that I have ever dealt with. They have left a nasty burn with me.
