This is a nice complex, in a good location.The apartments are nearly new, and spacious.The management works hard to keep the grounds clean. Darrel has been very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is good.I am retired, and like to walk. Twice I've come home after dark, and had no trouble at all. The streets are all well lit. The residents are friendly. There were some gnats last summer, but I assumed it was the season for them, as I've seen them in other states. There are probably some rowdy residents, but I have quiet neighbors. Some children are poorly supervised by their parents, but are respectful when I speak to them.Utility bills are very low, so the insulation must be good. I've only lived here 5 months, so I hope it continues to be a pleasant place to live.
