hi everyone. we are thinking of moving in here. we have 2 small children. i would really like to know if all the reviews are true or if its just some angry folks that lived here. the last apartment we lived in sounded as bad as these reviews and i know i hated it there. so PLEASE tell me, should i put my deposit down on friday or pass this place on by' contact me
