What I experienced there was discomfort - always kids doing nasty stuff everywhere, always something broken in the gym or bad smell of pee or even worse....
Plus the guys hanging out there in a gang looking groups made me very afraid for my safety.
Yes it is new , but that`s the only "good" thing about that place.
Definitely NO!

Yeah, whats up with the scary groups outside and that farty smell in the gym? I caught this one kid uprooting a plant by my building. Where are the parents?
