I lived at the reserve for 2 years and it definately declined in quality. My first year wasn't too bad but the second was horrible. there were always kids in the streets and wouldn't move for me to pass by, there is dog ---- EVERYWHERE, the pool is always dirty (i'm talking hair and stuff), the gym eqipment has been trashed from kids playing on it. The gates maybe worked for about 2 weeks out of the 2 years i was there. Also, the trash that accumulates is disgusting. Half of the time i couldn't even wash or vaccum my car because the station was either broken, or there was a gang of thugs blaring their music and hanging out in the car wash...NOT washing their car. I caught a group of kids sitting on this old lady's car that lived below me! It is a crap hole and the cops are always there. I even had to call the cops a couple of times. This may be cheap but it isn't safe. I had a freiend inquire about the shooting and they denied it! Also, I found out they had messed up some of my leasing information from my frist year there and totally screwed up my credit...i mean really bad. The property manager that was there was a total -----, the one with missing teeth, and they don't care about the property or the residents. I advise to stay away!!!
