After living at the Reserves for about four months I can honestly say it was the worst place I could have ever chosen. I moved in with my Fiance and we were waiting to finish out the lease before moving into another apartment home (AMLI at Mill Creek which is fabulous) I could not even go outside without having 10-20 "gang-looking" kids sitting on the stairs rapping and smoking weed. There were several shootings throughout the couple of months I was there, not to mention the stabbings, daily arrests - the police were in the community about five times a day if not more. The Dominos delivery guy would not deliver to the complex anymore because he was robbed in the building next to us.

Yes, the rent was cheap but not cheap enough to deal with what went on in this apartment complex. I could not even sit on my balcony without having someone say nasty, rude or sexual things to me. There were cigarette butts all over the property along with dog mess that maintenance never seemed to bother picking up or management wanted to address. Everytime I called the office they were BEYOND rude and did not care a thing about helping with any of the surfaced problems.

My AC went out in the middle of the summer when it was reaching a boiling point of 100 degrees and it took almost two days to get the air fixed. Lets just say the best part about the Reserves was leaving - I have not even been back since.

Which building did you live in? I know about one shooting, never heard about the stabbings and police being over here that much. Not saying you are lying because I am in another building, I was just wondering which side of the complex did you live at. Yeah the new manager is a mess, we constantly reported our neighbors being loud out on the balcony and another neighbor right below us plays her radio/tv very loud at night and early in the morning but ignores us. But she has a problem with my husband and I promoting our businesses here though.
