My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost and year now and we're counting down to the days we leave. First off, the apartment smelled like dog pee when we moved in and numerous times we tried to get them to get that out and the carpet is so bad, it should have been replaced before we moved in. Yet they never replaced it! There are ghetto kids outside ALLLLLLL the time being loud and playing and smoking and who knows what else. They also hang out in stairwells and its scary b/c some of them look like gangs. Not to mention how the maintence and gang looking kids always stare at you and its like they watch every move you are making when you are outside. I only feel safe when I am inside my Apt. The WORST thing is that ppl that are "doing something" to the apt walk in your freaking apt!!!! they just walk in your home! ISNT THAT ILLEGAL'!'! The stairwells are dirty and never cleaned. The lights in the hallways are disgusting. The staff are unfriendly and rude. They never follow thru with anything they say they will do. There is dog crap everywhere and they dont have the bags to pick up after them like other apts have. The garbage is HORRIBLE and nasty and its always overflowing EVERYWHERE and smells bad. The gates are almost ALWAYS broken. Also-the crime rate must be really high b/c we have seen the CSI here before and cops many times, like something is always happening. We can't wait to get out of here! The rent may be cheap, and these apts may be new, but this place is CRAP and dirty and you cant even feel comfortable living in your own "home"!!!! Dont move here, especially if you have kids!
