Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I moved in 4 mos ago. My apartment is nice and so far my neighbors seem to be fine. No late night/early a.m. disturbances so far. Heard the place has a REAL police officer that oversees things at night and is available to us. Only down-side is that my patio faces the gates. Oh, and the building hallways need a spring cleaning. So far, so good.
