Overall, a nice experience. Not an exquisite luxury property: no garden tub, no whirlpool at pool, no sauna, adequate but limited workout facility, no clubhouse rental, no walking/running trail,
Assistant Manager Christine Cowan is polite and a pleasure to work with. Community is buffered from traffic by 1/4 mile drive through wooded area. Location is just over one mile from the Mall of Georgia.
Two ceiling leaks during rain early in lease, but no problems since. If noise occurs, security officer or Gwinnett County Police response cures the problem. Parking is horrendous around my building. Electronic gates to property malfunction regularly.
