While from the outside, the place looks nice, it's all an illusion. The apartments themselves are nice and roomy. It's the complex that sucks. The management staff is incompetent, rude, belittling and frequently unavailable. The maintenance staff tries, but doesn't quite get it (He charged my roommate $20 for attempting to put up a fan... he couldn't even do it) The "fines" are a joke, because as a previous person wrote, the aren't consistent. We received notices for having stuff on our patio, when people would leave trash outside their door for days at a time. The parking situation is bad and will never get better, noise control doesn't exist, our neighbors were horrible, and the gates don't work. Don't be fooled by the deals... it's not worth the money. We should have moved to Preston Hills.
