The best deal we found on rent upon moving to GA was at Summer Park. We have had one major problem (and many minor) since moving in, and that has been the noise level. I have complained to management many times, but there has not been anything done in my eyes to eliminate the problem. In addition to apartment noise, there are individuals that have loud bass in their vehicles that have no problem blasting it late at night. Security does not seem to find this behavior unacceptable.

I have read through the other posts, and do have to agree with the dumpster problem. I do find it distasteful to have a dumpster located in the entrance to the complex, and it is full more often than not.

I do not find the staff unpleasant in personal matters. I have found that when it comes to business, but when confronted certain staff do not take a professional approach in dealing with the problem, but a more personal one.

Maintenance does not seem to have any concept of time. I called the front office and asked for my filter to be changed at a certain time/day as I worked nights. They promised me it would be done; yet no one showed up until a week later. There was also no note left stating that someone had been into the apartment to do any type of maintenance.

There are holes around our outlets where the sheetrock was not cut correctly, nor repaired. There is also a paint stain in front of the locked water heater door that is very unsightly.

On a more positive note, the apartment is large and spacious. The surrounding neighbors that we have communicated with seem friendly, but not personable. I do like the size of the apartment, but that about sums up the good qualities.
