I am very disgusted with the management team at Summer Park, mainly Destiny Smith. Summer Park will make a lot promises but will not keep one. The office staff is not responsive, courteous or truthful. If you confront Destiny Smith, with a problem, she is often very unprofessional, rude and untruthful.
I have learned a valuable lesson from the office staff from Summer Park Apartments, and that is to always document everything and have witnesses.
I will not go into detail about what happened to me, while at Summer Park. All I will say is that I have been renting for 6 years and I have never been in such a horrible place.
