If you value the dollars that you earn you will take your hard earned money elsewhere. The major problem is the staff. In particular, Destiny Smith-Sanderson. She is the most unprofessional, incompetent manager I have ever encountered. She is never in the office and I actually saw her getting her nails done at the nail salon when she was supposed to be at the office. I was told when I called and asked for her that she was in a meeting. At the nail salon' The maintenance staff is rude and incompetent. The couldn't fix a leak in our pipes and I caught one of them in our apartment when we didn't have a work order and he couldn't give me a reason for why he was there. There are numerous break in's to cars and apartments alike. The security staff doesn't respond to calls and there is HEAVY drug use on the property. All in all, this place is awful. Save your money!!!
