I have read the 13 reviews, both good and bad. Everyone has the right to voice their oppinion.
In my oppinon if you are looking for an apartment in Buford or Gwinnett SummerPark is the best Community to live in. It is managed by one of the most reputable Property Management Companies, LANE COMPANY. The apartments are spacious and affordable. The ammenties offered are exceptional. The staff is friendly as well as professional.
For those with negative comments my reply is; I know if I ever have any concerns that cannot be resolved through Destiny Smith-Sanderson (Business Manager) I would be able to contact the Corporate Office. The name, address and phone number is displayed in the clubhouse. HINT! HINT! :-)
