Summer Park is awful!!!! The main problem is the office staff. The managers change often and without notice. Nobody knows what is going on EVER. If you ask for simple things to be done like maintenance, forget it. They try to charge you for things that are not your responsiblity like a leaky faucet. Angela in the leasing office is a racist. She is very nice to anyone of the ------- American race but if you are white be perpared because she piles on the attitude. The way she treated me compared to the way she treated a black woman was totally different. The are sooooo nice until you sign your lease then it is rude city. The maintenance guys are nice they just take forever. And the comment about heavy drug use on the property is 100% correct. The drive way up to the property is a breeding ground for drug deals and the courtsey officers can't do anything about it b/c 'it isn't technically Summer Park property'. All in all this place SUCKS!!! I can't wait until I can move.
