SUMMER PARK SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Summer Park has got to be one of the worst apartments I have ever experienced. The staff is so ditsy that it is not even funny. The only word that Destiny Smith-Sanderson and her staff know how to say is GREATTTT. Everything you tell them is greatttt. And the other review about Destiny getting her nails done when she should be at work is so true. I saw her also at the nail salon in the Russell Ridge shopping center.

People are loud and noisy. Neighbors are nosy and the walls are made out of paper so you can hear everything going on next door. If you move here make sure your bedroom is not adjacent to your next door neighbor's bedroom. I never had to set my alarm b/c I heard hers every morning.

The office staff is very moody and they don't care to understand problems that are going on with roommates. They just want their money. So my question is if one person gets stuck with the rent then what is the reason for 2 people signing a lease' And don't forget that these apartments are over priced. When I lived there I never saw gates go up. I paid for gates that I never saw. Parking was horrible. I also got moved to a 1BR which was in the dungeon or they so call it the Basement floor. It had spiders everywhere. Maybe one day someone will hit the clown. :)
