If you don't mind having screaming kids running around the outside of your apartment 24/7, then this place is for you. It is noisy, and overall, I find the people to be low-class. In addition, the grounds may look "beautiful" from a distance, but there is dog ---- everywhere, dogs running on the tennis courts and dogs running around OFF leashes. The staff are very nice until you sign the lease, and then nothing but utter rudeness.
Maintenance sucks, apartments are not "new" as stated, and the gangs of kids loitering all hours of the day/night make this an unpleasant place to come home to every single day.
Look elsewhere, this place is not supervised at all.
