Dog poo is all around, but thats really the residents fault for not cleaning up after their dogs.

The maintenance guys do a good job and the landscape is good. The move-in condition was so-so, few missing things and stains on the carpet. They took care of most of it cept the stains.

The price--if you get in on one of their special deals, is incredible... Got a big 2b2b in the 730 a mo range. Tall ceilings and over-all is one of the nicest apts i've lived in.

Lots of kids around. They dont bug me, no punks or anything.

Pool and workout deal are pretty nice, tho as another person mentioned most of the people that use them dont live here. Doesnt bug me too much except when its full. Changing codes would be a good start.

Personally i never had any probs with the staff but other than paying rent each month i dont really see them. No complaints.

Lots of spiders and bugs, but thats the result of the complex being surrounded by lots of forest (can you really complain about that tho')... They should step up the pest control tho.

Every few weeks, late at night, if your quiet you can hear the tribe of radioactive monkeys that dwell beneath the big electrical wires nearby. I caught one foraging in my plants and befriended him with a sweet banana, his name is Ko-ko and when he grows up he wants to be the tribes shaman. Ah the hopes and dreams of young radioactive monkies are a thing of beauty. Good luck ko-ko!!
