For the last 2 comments made - I hope the letter I sent out on May 21, 2004 will help solve the issuses you both mentioned. I have hired a new courtsey officer to patrol the property along with Gwinnett County in the evenings. The pool code will be changed in July - BE SURE TO READ YOUR NEWS LETTERS.
As far as the dog poop - well I think I get more upset than anyone. Freddy who is our grounds keeper works so hard. but it IS NOT his job to pick up dog poop. So if you notice who is doing it get me their name or apartment number and I will address it myself.
If someone is blaring the tv or music please call the office we will address it during business hours or have the officer paged if it is after hours. Just as I stated in my letter there is very little we can do about everyday living noises. I will ask everyone to be considerate of their neighbors because we do live in apartments and close to each other.
