Sorry read the Ko-Ko story and thought it was great.

I'm not going to tell you yes or no (unless you would like to use me for a reference)to move in. I just wanted to put an honest opinion on here so people can think for their self if this is where they want to live.

I have lived here for a few years and just as any other apartment I have had my share of problems. I think over all that they are moving in the right direction. The management when I first moved in was horrible, but those people are gone. I have not had many dealings with the staff outside of angie or lauren (who are great) except (I think his name was willy) and all have been very pleasent. I have a upstairs neighbor that I think bowls on the weekends but nothing to out of the ordinary. The parking around my apartment has kinda sucked lately but it's not worth bitching about.
Their are not many kids on my end so I can't comment on that. I don't have many maintenance issues so I have not used them that much. I have recommended a few people to live here but my intentions were purely to get a cut on my rent. It is close to my work and the price is within reason. I feel that in the time I have lived there it has been a little better each year.

I will keep an eye out for the radio active monkeys.
