Leasing agents and manager are nice until you sign your lease. Then forget about it. I've had a better experience buying a car from a car salesman. Promise, promise and promise and when you ask for them to deliver on their promises they deny they ever offered it.

Check out the surrounding area. Many nice apartments without the hassle of inexperienced and incompetent management.
