Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I lived at Summer Park and my problems with them started before I even signed my lease. They told me one price and then when is came down to moving in it was another price but it was not a big deal because it was only a $30 diffence. But there was my sign to run away as fast as I could but I didnt. Then once I moved in the staff was a different staff there are only nice when they no that they own you for a year or even longer. I'm now living somewhere else, thank the lord, and I am a Property Manager of my own apartments now and I no how to treat my tentants. I learned a lot from the Summer Park staff. That they SUCK!
