The apartments appear nice from the outside. The problems arise once you move in. I cannot have digital cable, nor a dish, due to my buildings location. The maint. crew comes in once a month or so to look around. Cars have been broken into, vandalism, and constant incompetence of employees. My electric bill is higher in this complex than it ever has in any other complex i have lived in. I live down the street and it was cheaper by an avg. of $75.00 a month. Not worth the money I spend each month.
