i was a resident at summer park for 2 years. and just recently bought a home. yes i had my problems there but les be real every place you live if is apartment you will have problems. but i think that a lot of this negative pleople are the ones that end up getting evicted or just plain nasty and dont get there way so the go and cry to mommy. if you take care of your place there is no reason for anyone to be be to the point. i really never deal with the staff, but when i did they wore nice. i think that a lot of this idiots in here trash out the apartment got charge a lot of money and then they get upsad ohhhh poor babies.

all of you negatve people needs to get a life and if you have so much probles than get a real job and buy a house

I think someone would take you more seriously if your opinion lacked spelling and grammatical errors.

I have lived here for 3 years, never been late on rent and never had the cops called on me. I have paid everything they have asked of me without any argument. Everything bad I have read about this place is true. By the way get a dictionary!!!!
