We moved to Summer Park a few months ago. So far, we are very happy. The grounds are clean and well-kept, there is adequate parking, and the office and maintenance staff have been pleasant and helpful. We receive advance notice of maintenance services, which are always performed within the time stated. The only negative so far is a barking dog who lives in the unit beneath us. However, we are proponents of allowing renters to have pets so it's an acceptable negative. The complex is gated and very secure. We feel safe walking outside at night.
