This apartment complex is all about providing 1 star accommodations and services at four star prices. It hits you when you pull in and find that half of gate arm, to provide the security for the place, has been broken off by someone running through it and hasn??t been replace since August. The parking is horrible with way too few spot and non-handicapped residents constantly parking the reserved spots (with no penalty) while our handicapped resident sometimes have to find parking elsewhere. My apartment has a scenic view of the power lines and at night and weekend four wheelers can be constantly heard zooming back and forth as they play. They only allow their own cable TV which is just as expensive as regular cable but with less channels. I tried to get Satellite but could because of the apartment facing and the fact that you can only install the dish on your porch. In the whole this only touches on some of the reasons I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would leave but they have hidden fees, that they fail to mention, that makes it prohibitively expensive to move. Heck I didn??t even get a copy of my lease at signing. They gave me a packet that I though had it in there but instead I had to go and ask for it later. I don??t care who you are you can do better.
