Not the best place but certainly not the worse. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Some young girls live in my building and they have their friends over at all hours of the night yelling and drinking. It is no fun to be awoken at 3am with a drunk guy standing out near your window yelling. They have their party and on occasion they throw their beer bottles and cups all across the grass and bushes. Someonein another post had commented on the dog poop - I do see the residents who own dogs in my building picking up after their pets but we also have a lot of stray cats roaming around so who knows where the poop is coming from.

Anytime I drive through the community you can always see the grounds keeper busy cleaning up or picking up something, taking the trash, etc which is good. He is a very friendly man who does work very hard to keep everything clean and tidy.
