Summer Park is far and away the best apartment complex in the Buford/Mall of Georgia area. The management team is always polite and helpful, and still maintain the professionalism required to run a successful business. The location (at the end of Laurel Crossing Pkwy, which is across Buford Dr from the QT at 85 and Buford Dr) the best of any apts in the area. You basically have your own private 2 lane driveway to your home nestled back in the woods, which are home to a number of deer, foxes, rabbits, and other wildlife. Something you will never see at any other apts in Gwinnett County. The grounds are kept in great shape regardless of the 100 heat and dry spells. I highly and strongly recommend Summer Park to anyone and everyone that is looking for an apartment home. Some say its overpriced. But those dont understand the true value of safety, peace, and quiet. And oh yeah, the gate is never out of commission so Joe Shmoe cant just wander into your apartment complex and break into your car.

Clearly you have not resided at Summer Park Apt Homes for a long time. Yes it is secluded and their are quite a lot of wildlife. But that in no way out weights the unprofessional/inconsistant staff, pest problems and that broken gate. Yes, the gate is broken about 4-5 times monthly so Joe Shmoe can and does trail you in the gate. I would not reccomend this complex to anyone, the look is nice but thats about it.

I think the review was posted by someone that works here. I have lived here for 3 years now and everything that was in that review was false. The grounds are nice but does that really matter when there are scary looking people hanging out at all hours on them? By the way, the gate is broken 90% of the time.

Every apt you go to are going to have problems. I don't think that there is one apt out there that is truly 100% problem free. If people live at there apt more than a year and have problem should get out and try to find another apt. Everyone should quit crying like little babies and deal with the fact that your in a apt or go by a home!

I agree that the staff must have written this review. I am moving at the end of my lease. The gate rarely works, staff is rude, and yeah I will do like the majority of others and quit whining and move on my merry way but remeber - they upset good residents and quite a few move out at once. If you notice, they have lowered their standards for being approved. I know a few months ago there were 7 apartments in my 1 building that were vacant. Now what do you think happens when they have that many vacant at once?? They rent to whoever they can. Hence I now have some horrible neighbors that I have complained about and they refuse to do anything other than send a note to them that does zero good. You call back ask again for them to do something about it, another note - nothing. And around and round we go ....

Wow you can totally tell that this review was written by an employee. I hate to tell you but even in the BEST apartment complexes, gates sometimes have problems. Its the ones that say NEVER that are always broke!!

Gate was out of commission over a month just recently. They should give discount on rent.

I appreciate all the credit but I can't take it because in all honesty I didn't write it. Many THANKS to the person who did. As for the gates they were out of commisson for a while and once again I apologize, it was totally out of our control and we did have it fixed as soon as possible.

The "Joe Shmoe's" that follows you through the gate, are the ones that are, in all likelyhood, the ones breaking them! I get any number of people trying to follow me through, but I've learned to take it slow and the gate will come down before they get in. Then you have the idiots that call you, all hours of the night, trying to get you to let them in. My only complaints about Summer Park, is that parking can be hard to find at times and the guy above me must have an elephant in his apt. Other than that, I'm happy there!
