I just feel that everytime you try and even talk to the staff there is always a problem. I wanted to drop my rent check off early because we are going out of town. At my last apartment they would have taken it with a smile and thanked me for doing it.... all i get at summer park is grief! She said she has 350 other people to worry about to take my check early!! well I think that is part of her job!!! It just seems like the staff wants to try and make everything as difficult as possible, when it should be the opposite...she should have been happy i was dropping it off before we left instead nothing but a hassle. I do not recommend this place to anyone just because of the staff. I love our aparment but anytime you need anything they are not willing to help. This has been on more than one occasion with the staff! You can really tell the difference between here and other apartments places because of how friendly the staff is elsewhere.

Dear Anonymous - I am sorry you feel that way. I appreciate the fact you wanted to take care of your rent before you left town. There is no problem accepting checks. We are not allowed to hold checks until the THIRD of the month. You ran out before my assistant could finish explaining. The reason is - With all the rent that comes in if for whatever reason a check for the THIRD was to accidently get posted and sent to the bank before then and funds are unavailable it may cause an account to be overdrawn. I believe that would be much more upsetting. If you would like to talk about this feel free to call me.

Why is it always on us....Do you guys never accept any blame or wrong doing????? I can give you a check dated for today but why give you my money ahead of time when we get nothing in return. I would be more than wiling to give my rent check now but why...its not due until the first..and you would have my money ahead of time. Sorry but you are going to lose alot of tenants if you do not begin to be more tenant friendly.

Who is Peyton Hope?? I don't know any Peyton at Summer Park. What is the property manager's name?? Oh you don't know because you don't actually work there. Don't listen to the non sense. They suck at what they do but they are fairly priced.

BTW Peyton Hope is one of the management staff just read the other responses to negative reviews. They are trying hard to defend themselves I just hope hundreds of possible renters realize this before they get stuck also.

if the staff would just help out the tenants instead of being a straight up ----- about situations than noone on staff would have to defend themselves and there wouldnt be an issue to start with!
