1) the managers are rude! And rude is the nicest word I can put on here.
2) parking is a nightmare. I get home at 7:30pm and all the parking spaces are gone, so I have to park far out. I think the apts. should have vistor parking, and also have assigned parking that way it would be fair. Some people have three cars and they park them all close, where I only have 1 car.
3) I'm not a smoker, so the smoking bothers me. But what really bothers me is that my neighbor down stairs smokes and I believe they smoke inside their apt, which I know is allowed, however; I can smell the smoke in my apt. I can walk into the living room and smell fresh cig. smoke. To me that doesn't seem really healthy for my children or me. I say go ahead and smoke thats fine, but when it affects my children or me is when I fine it a problem.
4) my storage unit got broken into, so this place isn't really safe.
5) the main gate is constanty broken, so there is another safety issue. But if someone wanted to get inside the apts. they still could. All they would have to do is walk through the woods.

So, if your thinking about moving in here take my advice and DON'T. This place has been a real disappointment.

They may not have one infront of your door,but they do have more then you need in parking.But if you do come home after 7:30pm you may not get the one you will like.

Sounds like you might have more problems than just with your living arrangements. 1) Buy a house 2) oh yeah you can't 3) deal with it 4) refer to #1 ...I know its rough living in an apartment.. but anywhere you live you will have the same or worse problems. The office staff has always been wonderful to me, then again I follow the rules on my lease agreement and I pay my rent on time. Not to say you don't.. but if I had to bet my life on it, I would say you might of gotten some attitude because you broke the rules or didn't pay your rent on time. BTW, I was a resident at Summer Park for 3 years, lived in two different apartments and AM NOT A STAFF MEMBER. oh just a reminder to refer to #1. One more thing and I'm done... If you are scared of the dark and people coming out the woods (deliverence) then move to the city. Geez.

Those of us that have asthma do have a problem with the residents that walk outside of the apartments to smoke. As for the parking it might not be so bad if you knew that someone had not followed you in the front gate that is broken. Or walked through the woods and are waiting in the shadows. As a single female if I am going to be out after dark I would rather just stay with a friend then to come "HOME" NOT!
