Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
It's 1:15am and all I hear is thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump thump. Every weekend. Luckily it has gotten progressively worse with the new round of tenants.

Other than that the place is fine. It's not the staff's fault.
