PROS:
We have lived here since Oct 2007 and it's not a bad apartment complex. We rent a two-bedroom w/ one bath. The bathroom is very large. We are on the third-floor and we never hear much noise from our neighbors. Everyone is very friendly that lives in our building. We have three courtesy police officers close to our building. I feel safe in our apartment.

CONS:
Only complaints I would have are parking in our particular building fills up quickly. We had a few roaches when we first moved in, but they sent the bug guy by to take care of the problem. We put out roach traps and haven't had any problems since. Any time we have had a maintenance issue, the staff is very quick to help.
Just like any other gate-community, the gates get broken on occasion and that part is annoying, but the staff is pretty quick to fix the gates though. Sometime we can smell the cigarette smoke from our neighbor through the wall.
