We have lived here for 6 months and find it fairly quiet, apart form the guy upstairs who seems to havr a DIY fetish that must be indulged in late at night - sometimes till midnight. Goodness only knows what he is making. We hear the TV next door sometimes and occasionally the people on the other side when they get excited or shout. We find the staff here friendly and helpful. I am not bothered about where I park as long as there is a space somewhere that is fine - but it seems to bother my husband.We rarely see any of our neighbors and I guess we do not live in the 'ghetto part' with the drug dealers that I see others complaining about so much.We know of others who have lived here that have no complaints either. Perhaps it is something to do with the complainers themselves - they find fault with everything and everyone.
