I've lived here for a few months. Our apartment has ants. The manager and asst mgr are in the wrong industry. They don't know how to offer customer support or show appreciation. Those 2 are full of fake smiles. When they say things like "oh really" and "i'm sorry" it's NOT sincere. fake, fake, fake. they should be grateful for their residents. Although i am sure outside of work they are the same way....I'm sure they have no friends and family probably runs from them.Go see for yourself, go to them with an issue and see how well they "listen" Don't expect a result/solution to the issue. They are not into the helping residents business

We have lived at Summer Park for 14 months and are very happy here in our quiet, safe apartment. Management is great and they have taken care of problems we have had. They do not have fake smiles and they are sincere. In the review a mention is made of ants in the apartment that have not been ??evicted??. This is not management??s problem. It is the exterminating company. Management is always looking for better and reasonable contractors who care about and do their job. Do you give management feedback good or bad? We just had our carpets cleaned. The current contractor did a great job and was able to get out stains that were in the carpet when we moved in. The contractor before our move-in just left them. We went to management to say that we were completely happy with this contractor and what a superior job he did. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. The park-like setting is one of the things that drew us here. If you have a problem with it, again let management know. People do not care if they leave trash on the ground, throw it out of their cars, throw cigarette butts on the ground or do not pick up after dogs where people walk. There are designated areas where plastic bags are available. In closing, could the problem with management be you. What has your attitude been since day 1.
