Just received a notice of a new review posted to this site. I went to read it and reread my own review I had posted 8/05. I'd like to say my opinions remain the same now, 2 years later.

Ownership has changed since the first review which brought subsequent changes, but other than frequent management turnover, the standards are still pretty close to what they were. They are still responsive to needs.

The air conditioning problem I mentioned in the previous review was taken care of by a very good maintenance guy they have now.

No problems with bugs as mentioned in another review. Management has been very responsive to this. Have seen a couple of of dead roaches, so figure that means their insecticide program is working.

I still recommend Brighton Park highly after almost 4 years. Parking, low noise, well kept grounds and buildings remain high. Management remains responsive even though they change a lot. (Maybe that will settle down.)

I believe in "apartmentratings.com" and want to support it by input. Believe me, I've stayed away from some really nice looking places when I first came here due to their reviews here!
