I lived here now for 3 months and am breaking my 1 yr. lease just to get out of this place! It's a Ghetto..plain and simple. there are hundreds of kids who congregate in the parking lots at night and the noise level is so intense that you can't even hear your TV playing with the windows closed! Dogs barking all night and cars and trucks squealing their tires after midnight so it's difficult to sleep. The other night the SWAT team was here and had a shootout with some druggies and killed one person! This place is losded with drugs..the people who live here deal and use them out in the open! The apt. is infested with roaches and other bugs and even with pest control you can't get rid of them...turn on a light at night and you'll see them all over the walls! Noise level in this place is horrendous. Office Mgt. knows the problems here and says they're trying to clean up this place but they let in every misfit into this complex and it's gonna take a LONG time to make any progress. This is the WORST place I've ever lived in!

you need to stop your making half of the story up yourself nobody got shot during the swat mission! tell the truth your just mad cuz no one here liked you and you made this gorgeous place ghetto!

i for one agree with everything said.
i moved out and my roomate stayed and she told me all about the SWAT incident.
she was actually blamed and had a notice on her door for the disruption and had to go and clarify that she was not apart of this.
she was at the time 18 haha.
this place is most definitely a joke.
infested with millions of drug addicts.
