i was the first tenant in my building, when they just opened, immediately everything was awful, water damage after calling and complaining a million times maintenance came over while i was gone and painted over the dangerous toxic mold, luckily i took pics, before they did so , i called the epa and building code inspector , the leasing office got mad at me and said it wasnt neccessary, i told them it was too late they were already on thier way, building inspector began writing tickets and said if they werent moving fast enough i could call the county back out there, noise and children were always a problem, pet feces, trash thrown off the balconies, the lease lady towed my running tagged car out of spite, the gates never worked, finallly after threatening to sue and showing them the pics of the mold damage that took them 8 mos to come and try to fix i was finally released from my lease, remember this was when they were brand new, i can only imagine what is going on in there now, stay away u will have the biggest headache, stay in a hotel or with a friend until u have a down payment for a house or townhome
