Do not move here, even if you are low income. There are other places around Canton to move to that accept low income. We thought this place was somewhat decent and referred a friend to move here, they signed the papers, and were ready to move when the day before they were supposed to move in, Alexander Ridge called them and told them they weren't able to move into an apartment. They were overqualified for the low income by $1500 and couldn't move into a regular market priced apartment because there were none available. The apartment community: There are children that run around in the middle of the road right in front of your vehicle and run and scream up and down the breezeways. People drive by with their music blasting. People are yelling all the time. If you have to live here get the top floor. We had people above us that would stomp and sound like they were doing gymnastics and blast their music. We had to call the cops on them 3 times because management did nothing about it. There's really no use in living in this place if you're looking for a "gated" community. There are vehicles driving through the gates when they're opened all the time, and people can just walk right around the gates to get in. The kitchens are small and you can only put your things in certain places. The only good thing about this place is the closet space.
