this place is the one for you.
although it is in a pretty decent location the things that go on behind closed doors is ridiculous.
we were also blamed for a shooting for gods sake. we being two 18 year old girls.
yes, there was a shooting and we heard someone was also stabbed.
children run around without any supervision, half of which do not goto school.
our neighbors consisted of 6 20-26 year olds in a one bedroom apartment.
definitly some shady people living in this establishment.

I agree with that. My best friend lived in these apartments for a year, and we got to witness a raid at around 3am. An entire building was evacuated while the police knocked in the door to make an arrest. The woman that lived in the apartment below my friends was always strung out and asking for money. You can't beat the price though. I never once saw bugs in their apartment, and it was a steal for what they were paying. If you are a poor college student, this could be an ok place for you to live, but I would never bring my children here to live.
