i've been here for almost a year now and will be renewing my lease. the management is always friendly & helpful. i can't believe all the negative reviews...i've been very happy here. i've read reviews regarding roaches...common sense tells you that if you are a dirty person, you will have bugs. i have NO bugs. most of the people complaining have probably had problems that they themselves caused. i pay my rent on time, don't have wild parties, don't engage in illegal activities, and abide by the community rules according to the lease. i have had a problem with neighbors not leash walking their dogs but management is resolving that issue. i would definitely recommend this community to others.
