We moved into Alexander Ridge in January of 2009 and we thought the place was great for the first month or so and then everything went down hill FAST. For instance I had CRAZY people who lived above me and everytime I left my house they would give me and my family eat ---- looks and even went as far as telling all the neighbors that we abuse our son and that we are drug addicts and then called my son a Fu**ing brat...He's 3! I told managment about these problems along with them throwing water and food and feces onto my balcony and NOTHING was ever done in my defense I was just smiled at and lied to by manegment! Then the clan of 15 -------- moved out from the apartment across from me and their Fu**ing roaches moved into my house! I had the bug problem for about 5 months and saw a pest control guy like 2 times and i think he was spraying sugar water cause they seemed worse after he left...AGAIN i told managment and they did NOTHING! Then the last straw was when the "manager" at the front office got a BIG attitude with me and told me that if I didnt like it to MOVE OUT.... SO I did! I hated this place and would NEVER refer anyone to them! They suck you in with fake ass smiles and sweet demenor and CHEAP prices But I am hear to tell you.....YOU DEFINATLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR HERE GUYS!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE.....YOU WILL REGRET IT! Just spend a little extra cash and if you are looking for an apartment in the area Walden crossing or preston glen are 2 that I heard were very nice!
